your company meets DOT requirements. With the assistance
of the government program CAPRI, we are able to
determine areas of deficiencies as well as those
in compliance.
STS would review the following items during an
audit:
Minimum Level of Financial Responsibility
Random Check of D.O.T. Driver Qualification Files:
10%-15 % of total, depending on Carrier request
Drug / Alcohol Records
Random Check of Hours of Service: 8–10 %, depending
on Carrier request
Check hours – form & manner
Check times against supporting documents / falsifications
Maintenance Records: 10 – 15 %, depending on Carrier
request
Daily Vehicle Inspection Reports:
